Bharat Appliances – Replacement Policy

We do not offer returns. However, we do provide replacements under specific conditions.

1. Replacement Eligibility
You are eligible for a replacement if:
The product is not in working condition, OR
The product is heavily damaged during delivery

2. Replacement Window
Replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery

3. Mandatory Proof
To process your request, you must provide:
Unboxing video (mandatory)
Clear images of the issue

👉 Without an unboxing video, replacement requests may not be accepted.

4. Inspection Process
Our team will verify the issue
Once approved, a replacement will be initiated

5. Non-Eligible Cases
Replacement will NOT be provided if:
Damage is due to misuse or improper handling
Request is raised after 7 days
No valid proof is provided
